De opleiding op het gebied van meditatie en bewustzijnsontwikkeling is gebaseerd op:

  • De relatie tussen persoonlijke spirituele ontwikkeling en de dagelijkse praktijk in leven en werk

Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van inzichten en ervaringen uit verschillende tradities. De informatie wordt van oudsher vooral mondeling en aan de hand van oefeningen en meditaties overgedragen.

Meditatie en Healing

Meditatie biedt een ingang naar ontspanning, aanwezigheid en eenheidservaring. Het biedt een betere balans tussen lichaam en geest. Door regelmatig te mediteren kan er een steeds diepere stilte ontstaan, waarin je je verbonden en kracht voelt met jezelf en je omgeving. Dit helpt meer bewustzijn op te bouwen over wie je bent en over de levenspatronen die je hebt opgebouwd. Je leert je voller te verbinden met je eigen kwaliteiten, levensrichting en je werk.

Healing benut ons zelfherstellend vermogen en de natuurlijkheid waarmee energie zich door en om het lichaam beweegt. Energie kan vrij stromen, maar bij ieder mens zijn er ook plaatsen waarop dit geblokkeerd is. Geblokkeerde energie heeft invloed op onze vitaliteit, gezondheid en op ons emotioneel en psychisch functioneren zowel van binnen (in onszelf) als naar buiten toe (relaties, partners). Op het moment dat energie bewust of onbewust vastzit, uit zich dit in een patroon (b.v. niet kunnen stoppen met werken, geen blijvende relatie hebben), of in ziekte. Meditatie en (zelf)healingsoefeningen helpen om energie weer in beweging te brengen en ervaringen te integreren waardoor vitaliteit,  en balans ontstaat.

De karakterstijlen

Om als vrouw aan de top effectief te zijn dien je ook de karakters te herkennen van de mensen waarmee je werkt. Er is een samenhang tussen houding-, gedrag- en gedachtepatronen en het is gekoppeld aan psychologische ontwikkelingsfasen.

De grondlegger  Wilhelm Reich (1897 – 1957, leerling van Freud) heeft dit begin vorige eeuw beschreven. De theorie werd verder uitgewerkt door onder andere Alexander Lowen en John Pierrakos, de grondleggers van de bio-energetica.

Stephen Johnson (psychotherapeut) voegde in de jaren ’80 vorige eeuw het belang van de relatie toe. Hij ontdekte en beschreef nog twee nieuwe karakterstijlen die de theorie compleet maakte.

Iedereen ontwikkelt een karakterstijl. Het ontstaat als het gevolg van een ‘ontwikkelingstrauma’. Vanaf zeer jonge leeftijd beschermt het kind zich – dus ook letterlijk, fysiek – tegen (emotionele) pijn. Ieder psychisch gezond mens heeft alle karakterstijlen in zich. Maar iedereen heeft zijn/haar voorkeursstijlen en dat uit zich afhankelijk van de situatie waarin men zich bevindt. Een directeur zal een andere fysieke en psychische houding aannemen als hij het jaarverslag aan zijn aandeelhouders presenteert, dan wanneer hij in het weekend met zijn kinderen of kleinkinderen speelt.

Toepassingen.

Je leert de hoofdaspecten van de karakterstijlen herkennen. Je doet oefeningen om bij de mensen om je heen hun dominante karakterstijl te ontdekken en de juiste manier van communiceren toe te passen.

Door je communicatie op de karakterstijl van bijvoorbeeld je medewerker af te stemmen, zal je ineens veel effectiever worden. Ineens ‘begrijpen’ ze je en dat wat je wilt dat er gebeurd wordt meteen in daden omgezet. Ook het omgaan met bijvoorbeeld commissarissen en financiële analisten wordt een stuk gemakkelijker. Aandeelhouders zullen meer waardering voor je hebben. Het begrijpen van de karakterstijlen en het kunnen toepassen is een verrijking van je eigen welzijn en geeft je meer zelfvertrouwen.

Je zult alom meer gewaardeerd worden door deze inzichten. Je wordt als leider meer bewust van jezelf en je omgeving en zult je meer zelfverzekerd voelen.

  • Je leert werken met energie en het zelf-herstellend vermogen van het lichaam.

Je leert werken met energie en healing, bij jezelf en bij anderen zodat je meer invloed op jezelf en op relaties om je heen hebt.  Je ontwikkelt je vermogen om vanuit je zintuigen en intuïtie waar te nemen en te volgen wat in het moment het meest passend is.

Je leert gebruik te maken van de natuurlijkheid waarmee energie zich om en door het lichaam beweegt. Zo bied je ondersteuning bij processen van herstel, balancering en ontwikkeling, bij jezelf, en mogelijk ook later bij anderen.

De opleiding wordt gegeven door drs. Yvette Hooites Meursing. Zij is verbonden aan de Internationale School voor Spirituele Psychologie (ISSP), een samenwerkingsverband voor kwalitatief onderwijs op het gebied van meditatie, innerlijke groei en bewust zijn.

In Nederland is de opleiding erkend door het CPION en ingeschreven bij het CRKBO.

Yvette geeft de opleiding ‘Meditatie & Spirituele Psychologie’, voortbouwend op de kennis, structuur en ervaring waarmee Bob Moore uit Denemarken zijn opleiding heeft vormgegeven. Tevens is zij opgeleid in meditatie en healing door Deepak Chopra, waardoor zij zijn kennis op dit gebied als leraar mag doorgeven. Daarnaast is zij geschoold op verwante beroepsterreinen als: psychologie, psychotherapie, rouw- en traumatherapie, didactiek, coaching en supervisie.
